For VW-Audi the Vag-Com diagnostic system is the most practical coverage. Live data, output or activations, coding of all modules up to 2005 year models. Logging, graphing, printing, and the auto scan records a hard copy of all modules faults as well as part numbers and version coding. Tech support worth paying for but it's free like the updates, via the web. You wish they had a Ford-Com, Benz-Com and so on. I have sold hundreds of these.
